In order for the CCA HIV/AIDS team to more efficiently work with its members to leverage technical and financial resources to be used in the development and implementation of HIV/AIDS workplace programs, it is necessary to first identify company needs.

We ask CCA members to take some time to fill out the Member Survey to provide our HIV/AIDS team with the information needed to better serve your company in its efforts to fight HIV/AIDS in Africa.

Please note that this survey is not meant to be used to assess or judge any company's policies or programs and the survey results will be confidential. Individual company data will not be released or identified.

We recognize that HIV/AIDS programs and policies are complex and that many of the questions in the survey may be applicable to your company in unique ways. Therefore, we have provided a comments line in each question. Please feel free to explain any of your responses or to request that we contact you by telephone to follow up on the entire survey or on any particular question.

The primary focus of this survey is the African workforce.
