On December 2, CCA hosted François Kanimba, minister of trade and industry of Rwanda, and a delegation of Rwandan government and business leaders, for a discussion about trade and investment opportunities the country.  The meeting coincided with the recently ratified Bilateral Investment Treaty between the U.S. and Rwanda that was signed the previous day by President Barack Obama.
