Africa Career Expo-USA

The Africa Career Expo-USA is an effective way to meet, interview and hire high-caliber African candidates for opportunities in their home country, or countries where they are authorized to work. The event will afford employers and sponsors the opportunity to:

  • Meet and interview job candidates from across the U.S. and around the world - interview them in just two days in one location - and let us do all of the work! Many of our clients take advantage of this by bringing out-of-country managers to conduct interviews. Others send their U.S. recruiters or hiring managers to conduct first round interviews to identify potential second-round interview candidates for non-U.S. operations. Either strategy significantly increases local and international recruiting productivity.
  • Market their brand and value proposition to African consumers and dignitaries. The Expo participants represent a broad range of professionals including African Diaspora and executives from a variety of disciplines, including business, communication, computer science, agriculture, engineering, health, humanities, and liberal arts and the social, natural and physical sciences.
  • Conduct Information Sessions for attending candidates. This session allow employers to profile their companies, discuss employment opportunities and set up interviews with candidates.
  • Promote their activities in Africa and present ways that participants can get involved and give back. This is especially the case for several governmental and non governmental organizations.
