Commander Mark Prescott is currently Chief, Vessel and Facilities Operating Standards Division and the Program Manager for Deepwater Ports at Coast Guard Headquarters. He is a Professional Engineer, with an Ocean Engineering, BS from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and Marine/Mechanical Engineering, MSE, from the University of Michigan.
