Raj Mohindroo is currently Manager LNG New Ventures for ConocoPhillips in Houston, Texas. His current responsibilities include business development activities worldwide with particular focus on LNG regas terminal development in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. Mr. Mohindroo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering and a Master’s degree in Marine/Business Management.
Raj served in the merchant marines as a chief engineering officer prior to joining Texaco in 1989 and progressed with Texaco through various engineering, project management and business development positions to Director, Texaco Gas International within the worldwide upstream division.
In 2001, Raj joined Phillips Petroleum Company as Director of Gas Strategy and Projects in the Worldwide Gas Division.
