This panel will focus on the rules and regulations that currently are in place for the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), and how these parameters can help shape current and future sourcing and investment decisions in sub-Saharan Africa. This discussion will include examples of the benefits and challenges of importing apparel under AGOA into the United States
