| Description |
This workshop is aimed at facilitating joint ventures and strategic partnerships between African and US firms; it is intended to serve as a forum for deal making as well as an informational resource on investment in Africa. The workshop will provide an overview of the "how to's" of pursuing joint ventures and equity partnerships in Africa. The workshop will explore key issues in pursuing and managing alliance strategies and highlight some guidelines and best practices. The second half of the workshop time will be used for question and answer, networking and one-on-one meetings aimed at jump-starting deals.
