| Description |
This workshop focuses on the risks - political, economic, and reputational -of doing business in Africa and the ways in which conducting a thorough due diligence on potential joint venture partners or acquisition targets can help to mitigate these risks. Our panel is comprised of contributors from government and from the private sector, and we will draw on case studies to illustrate the value of due diligence, especially in terms of maintaining a corporate commitment to ethical practices and good governance.
