U.S.-AFRICA BUSINESS CENTER (USABC)

The U.S.-Africa Business Center (USABC) is a program of The Corporate Council on Africa, supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), that aims to increase trade and investment between the United States and sub-Saharan Africa.

The center works to achieve this goal through the following strategic objectives:

  1. Establish a one-stop shop for knowledge sharing and technical assistance
  2. Conduct and disseminate agricultural value chain analysis and identify areas for increased U.S. investment and engagement
  3. Promote business linkages among U.S. and African companies with a focus on Diaspora and women-owned firms
The U.S.-Africa Business Center assists U.S. and African businesses to:
  • Find a business partner
  • Identify and connect with suppliers and customers
  • Connect to useful private and public sector resources
  • Identify and bid on active projects in Africa
  • Participate in CCA events
