Cancellation Policy

All cancellations MUST be in writing.  Cancellations must be received prior to June 1, 2003.  Any cancellations received after June 1, 2003 results in a loss of registration fee.  Registration may be transferred to another qualified individual upon written request before Tuesday, June 17.  No-shows are liable for the full registration fee.
