Warsun Begins voice and Internet Services, signs a DAMA Agreement with Central Africa Republic (CAR)
VIENNA, VA - June 14th, 2000 Warsun International Communications Corp., an international telecommunication gateway provider, today announced that it began service to Central Africa Republic (CAR) under an agreement for voice and Internet gateway services with the PTT "Socatel". The agreement is only the second signed by Socatel for the carrying of telecommunications traffic between CAR and the United States. CAR brings to nine the number of countries in Africa to which Warsun is able to offer direct voice services. Warsun has several more agreements under discussions in Africa and the Middle East as part of its strategy to become the International carrier that is focusing on the African and Middle Markets. Warsun also signed an agreement to provide rural telephony service using Warsun's DAMA services. "The Agreements for voice, data and DAMA services with Central Africa Republic are significant because of CAR's location at the heart of Africa and because it shares borders with many countries that are important to us in offering regional DAMA services for inter Africa traffic", said Yussur Abrar, President and CEO of Warsun International Communications Corp.
