South African Airways (SAA), the official carrier of the 2003 U.S. – Africa Business Summit is offering special airfares to the Summit from Africa. Those interested in the airfares must be fully registered, paid participants in the Summit.
Here are the rules:

To receive the special airfare, your must ask for the CCA Conference Fare and provide your registration code when reserving the tickets.

The rates are applicable from the cities below mentioned using the direct services of SAA via Johannesburg International Airport.

Except for passengers originating in Dakar valid on the direct services of SAA between New York City and Dakar, travel for these passengers is not allowed via Johannesburg.

Confirmed space travel, subject to capacity control.

One-ways are not permitted.

Combinations are not permitted.

All tickets will be issued no later than 7 days before departure.

All tickets will be issued by SAA local offices in the below mentioned cities.

The return ticket may not commence before June 27, 2003

Route changes are not permitted.
