The fourth bi-annual U.S. – Africa Business Summit will host its first-ever trade show in conjunction with the conference. The trade show will be open during the entire Summit, from June 24-27, 2003.

The trade show provides exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their company’s products and services to a wide audience of African and American businesses and government officials. Located in the center of the conference workshops and meals, the trade show will be visited by the Summit’s expected 2000 attendees as well as other invited guests. Summit participants represent the following industry sectors:
 

A standard trade show booth is 10’ x 10’ (3m x 3m) and includes pipe, draping, one table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Additional accessories are available. The cost of a 10’ x 10’ booth is US$ 2,500 and includes two passes for two individuals to staff the booth. The costs for larger booths follow:

• 20’ x 10’ (6m x 3m) trade show booth with pipe, draping, two tables, four chairs, and two individuals to staff the booth is US$ 4,500

• 30’ x 10’ (9m x 3m) trade show booth with pipe, draping, three tables, six chairs and three individuals to staff the booth is US$ 6,000
