- Women in Literature: HIV/AIDS Journaling Workshops

In this awareness writing group project, women of African descent will explore and share experiences of being affected by or infected with HIV.The workshop group, facilitated by a professional writer, will meet every Saturday from 10:00-11:30 am for seven weeks and will be built around a weekly writing assignment and brief “in class” exercises. Each assignment will contribute toward a final, finished work, which will be a story/narrative about whatever aspect the writer wishes to express concerning her HIV/AIDS experience. Learn more...
