In June 2000, CCA led a Trade and Outreach Mission sponsored by BP Amoco and Northrop Grumman to Algeria. Sectors of focus included telecommunications, transportation, agribusiness, energy, and banking.

- Meeting with Minister for Privatization
- BP Amoco sponsored dinner with Minister of Energy
Wednesday, June 14:
- Citibank sponsored breakfast with Governor of Algeria's Central Bank
- Meetings with Algerian Chamber of Commerce
- Algerian Government Reception
- Northrop Grumman sponsored reception with defense industry
Thursday, June 15:
- One-on-one sector meetings - Banking, Telecommunications, Energy, Transportation, and Agribusiness
- Reception with Algerian private sector representatives

- Tour City of Algiers and Roman ruins at Tipaza
